You can pay online or at the office. At the office, we accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards. We don’t hand over your passcard until you pay. We do not take your credit card number over the phone. It’s a violation of our credit card security parameters. We are not allowed to possess your credit card number.
Extremely important point: Do not pay for someone else to play. That is a business transaction between the two of you that does not involve us. We are not going to give you that person’s money back if they don’t pay you back. There is a reason why this is in bold print and underlined.
We have set up an option through the registration program to enable you to pay online. The registration fee for Sunday play is $75. That is the only option you have to pay online. It is the only option you have to pay at the office as well.
You can use the online system one of two ways.
The first is to provide your credit card information to your team representative and that person can enter it through the Payment link in the team folder. We understand that entails you providing your credit card information to someone else. The Team Rep can log in to the Team Folder, click Team page at the main menu, and click Payments. You’ll see your entire roster. On the right is a green link titled Credit for each player. Click that Credit link and it will let you enter credit card information for that player.
There is a second option and the team rep can set each of the players up to have their own player folder that enables them to go in through their own folder and pay. This is how it’s done.
The team representative needs to log in to their Team Page. At the top of the Team Page, click Settings. In the Player Options section of the Settings page, the Team Rep needs to select “yes” in the first item allowing a Link to Individual Player Pages. Once that is changed to “yes,” then the players on that team can log in to their own individual player record by going to the Team Page and clicking the Team Login. In order to do this, the player MUST have an e-mail address in their player record FOR THAT TEAM, as that is where Demosphere will send the player a PIN when they log in the first time. The player can then process their own payment just like they do through the team page. We have not set this as the League default setting to enable the Team Rep to manage things per the wants of each team.
